There are opportunities to see Terriers on each of the next two weekends as part of the Terrier 150 celebrations.
Isle of Wight Steam Railway – 12 June
The monthly Island Heritage Train Day features ‘Newport’ hauling the Push-Pull set – a rare opportunity to travel in this two-carriage train.
The Push-Pull set comprises LCDR Saloon Brake Third 4112 and LCDR Saloon Composite 6369.

Poplar Depot, Docklands Light Railway – 18 & 19 June
‘Poplar’ will be visiting from The Kent & East Sussex Railway. The engine will be on static display offering the opportunity for close inspection including standing on the footplate.
There will be a unique opportunity to photograph the locomotive in the shadow of Canary Wharf and beside the modern DLR trains at Poplar.
You could even combine your visit with a ride on the neighbouring Elizabeth Line which has just been opened!
